At False9, we maintain strict quality control standards for every product we ship. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

* False9 does not offer refunds under any circumstance.
* Once an order is placed and delivered, it is not eligible for return or refund.
* Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable for damaged or defective products.



Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

* The product must be damaged or defective at the time of delivery
* A complete unboxing video is mandatory as proof
* Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
* Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
* Size issues, fit concerns, color preference, or change of mind are not eligible
* Requests without proper proof or outside the time frame will not be accepted

Exchange Process

* Our team will review and verify the issue
* If approved, exchange instructions will be shared
* Replacement will be dispatched after quality check

* False9 reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request
* Minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences are not considered defects
