  • Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • False9 is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional charges such as customs duties or local taxes must be borne by the customer.


Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

  • False9 is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video.

  • In case of lost packages, we will assist in coordinating with the courier service, but False9 is not liable for courier mishandling.
